The film created by filmmaker Christopher Nolan is a sci-fi action, describing the breathtaking adventure of Don Cobb. Don (Leonardo DiCaprio) is an unsurpassed thief, known by his master skills in extraction and stealing. Although the art he possesses is not a usual one. Don is perfect in getting deep into one’s mind, where he could read all the secrets of the person. But the best condition, under which this stealing of thoughts can be done, is the special state of mind of his victim - the state of dreaming.

But such abilities costed Cobb a lot. In the world full of corporate espionage he became an international runaway, who has lost his quiet life, his home and everything he loved. Now Don has the chance to return to his common life. He gets an attractive offer – to do some job, after which he could live his life as before.

But the task differs from those he used to carry out. The mission is not to steal something from one’s subconsciousness, but to plant some idea in it. He and his team should overcome the dangerous enemy, but first all their attempts to perform this task fail, as their opponent seems to predict each their move. Cobb and his specialists have to do their best in this crime, as their lives depend on their skills…
