The beautiful story, written and directed by Neil Jordan, “Ondine” blends the myth from Irish folklore with the reality of a modern Irish town, situated on the seashore.
The main hero of the story is Syracuse, played by Colin Farrel. He is a simple and lonely fisherman, who spends most of his days in the sea, spreading his nets. One day Syracuse does his work as usual, but to his great surprise finds a body of a charming woman in his nets. First he thinks, that she is dead, but a little bit later the stranger revives and opens her eyes.
The fisherman has no idea, who this mysterious woman is, where she came from and what to do with her. His daughter Anny believes that Ondine is a kind of mermaid from the Irish mythology, so-called “selkie”.
However that may be, Ondine becomes a significant person in the life of the family soon. Syracuse falls in love with her, and his feelings are mutual. Their idyll although can’t last forever. After a car crash the past of Ondine suddenly returns and the beloved are facing now another beginning of their story…
“Ondine” is a film about such human values as life, love, hope and believe in the impossible.

DreamWorks Animation presents a fourth film about Shrek – an ogre, who managed to challenge a dragon, rescue a charming princess Fiona from her claustration and save his kingdom in the previous three series. Having three kids and living a quiet family life now, Shrek seems to be no more schrecklich after all. Instead of terrifying the local community of numerous funny creatures, he autographs pitch forks. Shrek misses the days, when he was a thrilling figure all over his kingdom, whose roar frightened everyone into the woods to his heart sank to his boots.
The subtle dwarf Rumpelstiltskin offers Shrek to change his life to the better. Thus a simple-hearted ogre gets entrapped. He finds himself all of a sudden in another version of the place, called Far Far Away, where Rumpelstiltskin rules the world, and by orders of the dwarf ogres are to be hunted. But the most terrible thing, happened with twisted and luckless Shrek in this place, is the absence of Fiona, whom he has never met in this version of existence.  What can he do to re-establish his world, save his friends and come back to Fiona? The power of love is able to work miracles, but how true is that for Shrek?

"Prince of Persia: The Sands of Time" is a fantastic adventure, presented on the big screen by the cooperation of Walt Disney Pictures with Jerry Bruckheimer Films.
The story of the film takes place in Persian lands, known by their mystery and danger. A villainous and bad-tempered prince has to join the forces of a beautiful princess in order to stand up together to their common enemy. They join their powers to save an antique dagger from the dark forces. This item is of great importance for them, because it is not only a cold steel, but a symbol, possessing great power. They need to protect the dagger for the sake of releasing the Sands of Time, which are appeared to be a holy place, created by Gods themselves.  The time is not a constant value here and can be run back with the help of this dagger. The man, who has the dagger, gets the greatest power and can rule the world.
 The breathtaking scenes of the film were taken in several Moroccan towns, including the places not far from Marrakesh, Erfoud and Ouarzazate. Some episodes were partly set against the background of decorations, constructed in Great Britain - at Pinewood Studios. Starring in the film are Jake Gyllenhaal in the role of a rouge prince and Gemma Arterton as a mystical princess.

This is the year 2024. The oil reserves are running out and nobody travels by car anymore. The wide web of underground tunnels are driven throughout Europe, and they are – the only way to travel.
Roger is not the exclusion: he has to use railways like any other. But every time the man enters the system of underground, he starts to hear strange voices in his head. They are annoying, but one of them is especially compulsive and doesn’t leave Roger alone.
The more Roger tries to get rid of his delusion, the more it haunts him. The voice comes back each time, he navigates the tunnel system. In despair the man decides to ask for help the mysterious woman called Nina. But first he has to find her. And the further he is travelling, the more disturbing is the sound in his mind… And his mind and body are getting more and more involved into something sinister.
“Metropia”, directed by Tarik Saleh, is a mysterious thriller with elements of science fiction, produced with the use of advanced animation. Each of the film characters was created on the basis of about eighty levels in order to manipulate the actions of the animated personages properly and make them realistic. Starring in the film are Vincent Gallo in the role of Roger and Juliette Lewis as Nina.
