 “Iron Man 2” is a sequel of one of the most popular blockbusters, presented by Paramount Pictures in cooperation with Marvel Entertainment. The main hero (Robert Downey Jr.) gets into pressure from the government, media and public, who try to reveal the secret of his armor in order to use its technologies for military needs.

Being not sure, that the information will get into the right hands, Iron Man still insists on hiding the way he created his powerful suit. At the same time his opponents are trying to create a duplicate of his armors. The government hires Justin Hammer (Sam Rockwell) - the rival of Iron Man for this purpose.

Another person who wants to destroy Iron Man is Ivan Vanko, who created a powerful Whiplash - an alternative hero, having superpower abilities. Soon Justin Hammer and Vanko cooperate in their common desire to wreak vengeance upon Iron Man.

Facing the coming confrontation ready to turn into a big conflict, Iron Man has to gather his team and rely on their assistance alongside with his own powers, which he needs to withstand the government forces. His close friends James Rhodes (Don Cheadle) and Pepper Potts (Gwyneth Paltrow) are eager to help and support Iron Man in this uneasy situation.

The Wolfman

The Wolfman is a horror film, made in good old traditions of a classical thriller full of suspense. It is based on a myth about a cursed man, suffering between his two incarnations: as a human being and as a wolf with its animal instincts.

Starring are Oscar winners - Benicio Del Toro as Lawrence Talbot and Anthony Hopkins as his father. The story begins from the far past, when Lawrence was a child. After the death of his mother he leaves Blackmoor, as he wants to forget every second of that chilling horror, connected with her death and recover from the emotional trauma it caused.

But one day he has to come back to his childhood place. The reason is his brother, who has disappeared into the woods of Blackmoor. Gwen Conliffe, the fiancée of Lawrence’s brother, askes him to help to find the escaped.

Having joined the search led by Aberline, a Scotland Yard inspector, Lawrence tries to put the pieces of this puzzle one by one together. He gets to know, that a terrible curse hangs over the woods surrounding Blackmore, and when the moon is full, werewolves – the gory creatures begin their hunt. But trying to kill the evil beasts, unexpectedly for himself Talbot encounters his own primal instincts, he has never realized he posessed.

The progress that people make every day helps to live and work every day. The novelties in technologies and all spheres of life are meant to serve our needs.

The thriller “Repo Men” describes the result of medicine progress of the company called “The Union”. The employees of this company are professional doctors, who have reached perfect results, working with organ transplantation. Properly, such type of medical help costs a lot. Not everyone can afford it. To guarantee, that “The Union” will get the money from patients, the company practices the following method: those people, who have transplanted organs of “The Union” and do not pay the full price, have to give the organs back… Repo men are the workers of the company and they do everything possible to get the organs back, even if it kills the patients.

Remy and Jake are the partners and Repo men, who find themselves on the different sides of the battlefront. Jake (Forest Whitaker) has to find Remy (Jude Law) and take away his transplanted heart.

Escaping from the terrible and cruel Repo men, including his partner Jake, Remy meets Beth (Alice Braga), who is also the debtor of “The Union”. Remy and his misfortune’s mate get together in their disaster, planning how to deceive system that can track them down.

The animated screen version of the well-known Book of Kells tells the story 12-year-old orphaned boy Brendan. He lives in an outlying medieval abbey with his strict uncle Abbott Cellach who is Brendan’s only family. Hand in hand with the monks living in the Abbey of Kells Brendan works at reinforcing the walls in order to defend it from Viking raids.

One day a glorious master illuminator Brother Aidan arrives from foreign lands. He fills Brendan’s life with adventure and lets him into the secrets of illumination. The master brings an ancient book fraught with secret wisdom and powers. But the book is unfinished. In order to complete the magic book, Brendan has to fulfill a dangerous mission and overcome his fears. He starts out to seek special berries with wonderful juice. It is used for making emerald ink for writing “The Book of Kells”. Brendan finds himself in the enchanted forest full mythical creatures. Here he meets a mysterious young fairy Aisling who is completely white and can turn into a wolf. Aisling gives Brendan a helping hand along his way.  When Viking Hordes launch the attack Brendan must do his best to get a magic crystal. Then he will be able to finish the last pages of the Sacred Book.

How to Train Your Dragon

Based on Cressida Cowell’s novel, “How to Train Your Dragon” came to us from the filmmakers of “Madagaskar” and “Kung Fu Panda". The film is a mix of genres, including action, fantasy, comedy and 3D animation, narrating a breathtaking story from the times, when Vikings and Dragons inhabited the planet.

The main hero Hiccup (Jay Baruchel) is a young Viking, who can’t find a common language with his native tribe, the traditions of which include killing dragons. Hiccup doesn’t at all fit the group of dragon killers, led by Stoick the Vast (Gerard Butler) and including his father as one of them. But he takes part in their fights against dragons, as he wants to please his dad. A young girl Astrid (America Ferrera), who also trains with Hiccup, has a quite different temperament – she is way too aggressive and strong comparing to Hiccup.

Everything changes in his life, when Hiccup suddenly meets an injured dragon, talks to him and unexpectedly for himself becomes friends with him. Now the young hero has to hide their friendship from everybody, and from his father especially.

The film has plenty of beautiful scenes, created not only for entertainment, but containing life lessons. The film will be equally interested for kids, teenagers and adults.

The adventurous story of a young 19-year old Alice has changed immensely after she followed the White Rabbit. Alice refused rich foolish lord Hemish to become his wife. So the young girl escapes and runs after the unusual rabbit with a pocket watch and dressed in camisole. Drinking from the bottles, provided with instructions, the girl turns very small in size and can travel now to a small world.
Finding herself in a rabbit’s house, Alice meets the strange world inside. The circle hall full of doors does not frighten her. Through the door Alice gets into the Underground world. The ruler of the world is irritable and mischievous Queen of Hearts. Besides, Alice meets with a lot of new friends who live in the unusual world: Cheshire Cat, terrifying White Queen and others.
